Description: Foreign Language Insight
Today's lesson is on foreign expressions. Many people use foreign phrases without knowing what they really mean. Take "gesundheit," an expression many people use all the time. Literally, it means -- in German: "Scheisskopf, you have just sneezed in my beer!" (The Scheisskopf is silent. "Sheisskopf" is another quaint German word meaning "dear friend.")
